Money making

I've been playing RS for a little while now, and now I am level 98 with little money. I am a member, and I've been searching for some good, cheap-but-profitable ways to make money again.

I'm also looking for ways to level up my skilling stats, so if you have any ways, take a look at my stats below and let me know what's good!

Combat stats:
All Melee stats 75+ including HP.
Prayer is 55. <--- looking for a better way to raise it
Magic is 73/almost 74
Range is 71.
